Incident/Charge: Arrest warrant for 709.4(1)(B)(2) - Felony Sex Abuse 3rd (Child Victim) - 1st Offense 

Location: Woodbury County Jail, Sioux City, Iowa 

Person: Justin D. Thompson 

Address: Sergeant Bluff, Iowa 

Age: 47 

Incident details: Following an investigation by the Winneshiek County Sheriff's Office, an  arrest warrant was obtained for Justin Thompson. Justin D. Thompson was arrested by  authorities in Woodbury County, Iowa, and booked into the Woodbury County Jail in Sioux  City, Iowa, for Felony Sex Abuse 3rd (Child Victim)-1st Offense. Mr. Thompson posted a  $10,000 cash bond with Woodbury County and was released prior to being transported to  Winneshiek County. The Winneshiek County Sheriff's Office was assisted by MercyOne  

Child Advocacy Center, the Iowa Division of Criminal Investigation, and the Winneshiek  

County Attorney's Office.

Incident/Charge: Serious Misdemeanor Driving While License Revoked, Aggravated Misdemeanor Operating Vehicle without Owner’s Consent, and Simple Misdemeanor Domestic Abuse Assault.

Location: Decorah and Spillville, Iowa

Person: Andrew S. Martin

Address: Spillville, Iowa 

Age: 33

Incident Details: The Winneshiek County Sheriff’s Office received a call of a possible domestic situation occurring in Decorah.  When deputies and officers arrived, one of the persons involved drove away in a vehicle without the owner’s consent.  The vehicle and person were later located at a residence in Spillville.  Subsequently Andrew S. Martin was arrested and booked into the Winneshiek County Jail for driving while license is revoked, operating a motor vehicle without owner’s consent, and domestic abuse assault.
