(Spillville, IA) -- Time is of the essence at an Iowa clock museum. Frank and Joseph Bily of Spillville elaborately hand-crafted dozens and dozens of clocks. Suzanne Craft, Bily Clocks Museum says the fall time change this weekend, is just part of the job. Winding clocks is routine at the Bily Clock Museum, in northeast Iowa. It's the home of a large collection of elaborately hand-crafted clocks, created by two Iowa brothers. Some of the clocks are 10-feet tall, and tell stories of history and learning.
