Randy Lee McMillin was born May 21, 1961, to Harold and Marie (Carlson) McMillin, Elkader, Iowa. Randy died on October 13, 2024, due to a UTV accident.
A Celebration of Life will be starting at 1:00 pm with a service at 1:30 pm with Pastor Marshall Hahn as the officiant on Saturday, January 25, 2025 at Johnson’s Reception Hall in Elkader, Iowa.
