(Dubuque, IA) -- A Wisconsin man is going to prison for attempting to engage two Iowa teens in prostitution. Police say 29-year-old Raymond Armour offered the 14- and 15-year-olds a ride from a Dubuque laundromat to his home in Cassville last January. He allegedly took photos of the girls and posted them online while trying to arrange meetings for illegal services. Armour was arrested after a Walmart security officer reported seeing the missing teens with him; police recovered the girls on February 3rd. He will spend 11 years in prison followed by 20 years of supervised release.
