Oelwein Police Releases

At 1:14pm on April 16, 2025, Oelwein Police arrested Todd Wayne McCloud, 46, of Oelwein and Miranda Rose Baillargeon, 40, of Oelwein.  McCloud was arrested on a charge of Disorderly Conduct - Simple Misdemeanor.  Baillargeon was arrested on charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd or Subsequent Offense - Class D Felony, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia - Simple Misdemeanor and Disorderly Conduct - Simple Misdemeanor.  These arrests were made following reports of a disturbance in the 200 block of 1st Ave SE.

At 8:10pm on April 14, 2025, Oelwein Police arrested Jeramy John Warren, 48, of Oelwein.  Warren was arrested on a Fayette County warrant for an original charge of Driving While License Suspended.  This arrest was made in the 900 block of 1st Ave SW.
