The Monona City Council approved the purchase of 11-thousand dollars worth of equipment for the two new police officers and two reserve officers.
The Council approved spending up to 35-thousand for a Collection System Cleaning Program covering the Northeast Quadrant.
The city of Monona has received a 33-hundred grant as part of the Alliant Energy Community Tree Program.
The Council also set April 7th as the date for the public hearing on the proposed property tax levy.
