Fayette County Disturbance Arrest

On February 16, 2025 at approximately 9:06 PM the Fayette County Sheriff’s Office received report of a domestic disturbance at a residence in Hawkeye that occurred earlier the same day.  The suspect, 37 year old Joshua Daniel Webber had fled the scene after allegedly assaulting a female at the residence in Hawkeye.  Webber was later located at a residence in New Hampton, placed under arrest and transported to the Fayette County Jail.  Webber was charged with Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury, False Imprisonment, and Child Endangerment.  The Fayette County Sheriff’s Office was assisted by the New Hampton Police Department and the Chickasaw County Sheriff’s Office.
