On 02/24/25 a Fayette County Deputy arrested 52-year-old Brian Beesecker of West Union on a valid Fayette County arrest warrant for probation violation with original charges of Domestic Abuse and Stalking. Beesecker was transported to the Fayette County Jail where he is held on no bond. Fayette County was assisted by the West Union Police Department.
On 2-25-2025 at approximately 3:25pm, a Fayette County Deputy arrested 50-year-old Steven Jacob Beach from Oelwein on a Fayette County warrant for Violation of the Sex Offender Registry. Beach was taken into custody and transported to the Fayette County Jail where he was held on $10,000 bond.
On 2-25-2025 at approximately 8:02pm, Fayette County Dispatch received multiple 9-1-1 calls due to a car-deer accident in in the 8000 block of Y Ave. When a deputy arrived, it was learned that a 2013 Ram truck, operated by 34-year-old Ashlee Everman of West Union was driving on Y Ave. when a deer struck her vehicle. No injuries were reported and the vehicle sustained approximately $4,000 worth of damage.
On 2-25-2025 at approximately 8:45pm, a Fayette County Deputy arrested 54-year-old Jennifer Ann Burco of Oelwein on a Fayette County warrant for Assault. Burco was taken into custody and transported to the Fayette County Jail where she was held on $300 bond.
