On Wednesday, March 5th, 2025, at approximately 7:47 a.m., Crawford County Sheriff Dale McCullick reports that the Sheriff’s Office responded to a traffic crash on CTH B east of WI-STH 35 in the Township of Freeman. The driver, Ryan Deegan (35) of Ferryville, was operating a pickup truck westbound on CTH B, lost control, traveled off the highway, and collided into a rock embankment. The truck was severely damaged and suspected to be a total loss. Deegan sustained injuries, and he was transported via ambulance to the hospital. The Sheriff’s Office was assisted by Ferryville Fire Department, Ferryville 1st Responders, De Soto Fire Department, Ocooch Mtn. Rescue Squad, Milo’s Towing Service, and the Crawford County Highway Department.
