Clayton Ridge Board

The Clayton Ridge School Board approved the purchase of 240-iPads from Apple for 77-thousand-eight-hundred dollars.

The Board approved the purchase of digital scoreboard from Digital Scoreboards for 69-thousand with an annual subscription fee of six-thousand dollars beginning in year two.

1. Approved the purchase of a digital scoreboard from Digital Scoreboards in the amount of $69,000 with an annual subscription fee of $6,000 beginning in year 2.

2. Adopted a resolution to establish a School Flexibility Fund and transfer balances of certain categorical funds of $322,388.85.

3. Approved requests for modified supplemental funds:

   1. Request $78,830 due to increased certified enrollment increase in 2024 compared to 2023.

   2. Request $1,655 related to the English learning program for students who have exceeded 5 years of weighting that are included in the Fall 2024 Certified enrollment.

4. Approved the District to request $191,115 in modified supplemental funds associated with the at-risk and dropout prevention program.

5. Denied 3 applications  to the Iowa Virtual Academy due to lack of special education classroom space / IEP requirements.

6. Approved the purchase of 240 iPads from Apple for $77,760.
