President Jared Funk called the meeting to order at 6:00 PM.

Anticipated Closed Session under Iowa Code 21.5(1)(i) 

Jared Finley made a motion to go into the closed session. 

Michael Whittle seconded. Motion carried. 7-0 

The board went into the closed session at 6:01 PM 

Courtney Scherf made a motion to leave the closed session. 

Marcus Belser seconded. Motion carried. 7-0 

The board left the closed session at 8:23 PM 

Adjournment 

Michael Whittle made a motion to adjourn the meeting. 

Andrew Clark seconded. Motion carried. 7-0 

The meeting adjourned at 8:24 PM.
