Jocelyn Kuker hit two free throws with 2.5-seconds left and North Fayette/Valley topped MFL MarMac 36-34 in the sesaon opener for both.  The Tigerhawks trailed most of the night and trailed 30-21 in the fourth.  Emma Ney hit a three pointer to tie it at 33-33 inside of 25-seconds to go.  The Bulldogs missed a pair of three throws and Gina Gibson was fouled and hit one of two to put the Tigerhawks up for the first time at 34-33.  The Bulldogs Miranda Lang then drove in and was fouled with 3.7-seconds to go.  Lang, who hit two big 3's earlier in the half, hit the first and missed the second.  Kuker got the rebound and was fouled, then drained both for the difference.  NFV was led by Abby Reichter with 14, including 12 to ignite the comeback in the fourth.  Reichter hit 7 of 8-throws in the fourth.  Emma Ney added 8.  MFL MarMac was led by Lang with 7-off the bench, and Riley Moreland added 6.  The Bulldogs were plagued by poor shooting and fouls.  The Bulldogs were just 11 of 46(24-percent) from the field, including 2 of 21 from the three-point line.  They also hit just 10 of 22 from the line.  NFV was 9 of 28(32-percent), and 3 of 11.  The Tigerhawks hit 15 of 27 from the line, 10 of 12 in the final quarter.  NFV is 1 and 0 overall and in the conference.  MFL MarMac is 0 and 1 overall and in the conference.
