January 4th Scores

The MFL MarMac Girls put up 24-points in the opening quarter and rolled to a 64-27 win over North Fayette/Valley.  Bailey Winter led the Bulldogs with 21, including 13-in the opening quarter.  Riley Moreland scored 11 and Jordan Schubert added 8.  9-Bulldogs scored.  NFV was led by Alyssa Bohr with 7 and Emma Ney chipped in 6.  The Bulldogs led 24-9 at the end of one and by sixteen at the half.  They then held NFV without a field goal in the third quarter to put it away.  MFL MarMac is now 13 and 0, 8 and 0 in the Conference.  North Fayette/Valley falls to 5 and 6, 5 and 3 in the League.

Kole Johnson scored on a driving layup from the right side with 1.4-seconds left and North Fayette/Valley stayed unbeaten in league play with a 59-58 win over MFL MarMac.  Johnson led the Tigerhawks with 20, including 9-in the final quarter.  Dylan Muggler scored 12 and Lance Butikofer added 11.  MFL MarMac was led by Tyler Kurth, who led all scorers with 24-points and grabbed 15-rebounds.  Caden Stuckman scored 12 and Gavin Hertrampf scored all 9-of his points in the third quarter.  North Fayette/Valley is now 9 and 1, 8 and 0 in the Conference.  MFL MarMac falls to 5 and 4, 5 and 3 in the League.
