A Boscobel woman has been sentenced to one-year in jail and six-years of probation in connection with an accident at a campground that injured 7-people. The Telegraph Herald reports that Stacy Smith pleaded guilty back in February to three felony counts of intoxicated use of a vehicle causing great bodily harm and four misdemeanor counts of operating under the influence causing injuries. The accident occurred on August 12th at 10:20pm at a Bagley Campground. Smith was driving at a high rate of speed, when she lost control on a corner. The vehicle crashed into a tent. Smith's blood alcohol level was more than twice the legal limit.
