Physical Altercation

On 3/29/18 at 6:23 PM the Fayette County Sheriff’s Office took a report of a physical altercation  at Prairie View Residential Facility between several residents living there.  Upon investigating the incident Fayette County Deputy’s arrested Tyson Eugene Leslie age 24,  Prestin Allen Misch  age 28 and Jose Israel Hernandez Jr age 25 all residents at Prairie View.  The  three individuals were transported to the Fayette County Jail where they were charged with Willful injury, (Class C Felony) and held pending an appearance with a Magistrate.  The victim was transported to Palmer Hospital in West Union by Tri State Ambulance and later airlifted to Gunderson in Lacrosse for serious injuries. 

On 03/30/2018 Fayette County Deputies arrested  Brandi Bailey age 18 for providing a false statement and aid and abet to willful injury a class C felony.  The investigation stems from an assault that took place at Prairie View Residential Facility,  18569 Lane Road Fayette on 03/29/2018, where 3 residents assaulted another resident and caused serious injury.  Bailey assisted the 3 original suspects by assisting them with gaining access into the victim’s room where he was assaulted.

 

Sheriff Marty Fisher would like to add that is is very fortunate that no other residents or staff members were injured in this altercation.
