Felon Convicted

A GUTTENBERG MAN, WHO IS A CONVICTED FELON, HAS BEEN SENTENCED TO OVER TWO-YEARS IN PRISON.  THE TELEGRAPH HERALD REPORTS THAT 59-YEAR OLD DONALD BOYCE PLEADED GUILTY TO POSSESSION OF AMMUNITION BY A FELON.  BOYCE WAS ARRESTED BACK IN MARCH OF LAST YEAR AND WAS FOUND IN POSSESION OF A RIFLE, AMMUNITION, AND METH.  BOYCE HAD PREVIOUS CONVICTIONS FOR FELONY DRUG MANUFACTURING AND BEING AN UNLAWFUL DRUG USER IN POSSESSION OF A FIREARM.  BOYCE MUST SERVE THREE YEARS OF SUPERVISED RELEASE AFTER HIS TWO AND A HALF YEAR FEDERAL PRISON TERM.
