Clermont Arrest

On 12-24-17, The Fayette County Sheriff’s Office received a call of a welfare check in the city of Clermont.  Upon checking on a female subject, the Fayette County Sheriff’s Office found that a domestic assault had occurred.  After an investigation and Multiple interviews, Thomas Robert Burrow, 69 of Clermont was arrested and charged with Domestic Abuse Assault, Causing Bodily Injury, a Serious Misdemeanor.  A further investigation showed that Burrow had multiple marijuana/Hemp plants and paraphernalia in the residence where he stayed.  4lbs of marijuana/Hemp plants were seized.  Burrow was charged additionally with 10 counts of Drug Stamp Violation, D Felonies, Possession with Intent to Deliver, a Class C Felony, Possession of Controlled Substance, a Serious Misdemeanor,  and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, a Simple Misdemeanor.  If Convicted Burrow could face up to 64 years in prison.
