Body Recovered

UPDATE---On September 4th, 2017 at approximately 11:08pm the Dubuque County Sheriff Office responded to Riverside Road to assist a local family in locating a family member they could not reach.  After finding no one at the residence, a search of the area was conducted.  The subject, identified as 63-year old Gary Koch of Dubuque, was located in a wooded marsh near Riverside Road deceased.  The death appears to be medically related and no foul play is suspected.

     SHERRILL, Iowa (AP) - Authorities say a body has been recovered from a marsh along the Mississippi River in eastern Iowa.
    Sherrill Fire Chief Nick Jaeger told the Telegraph Herald that his department recovered the body around 1 a.m. Tuesday. The marsh sits on the north side of Dubuque.
    Authorities had been searching for the man since his family members sought help late Monday night. His name hasn't been released.
    Authorities don't suspect any crime was involved in the man's death.
