Rotary Park

On August 24th, the Prairie du Chien Rotary Club held a ribbon cutting ceremony at the new Rotary Park, located off the southeast corner of the roundabout at Marquette Road and Blackhawk Avenue. The park was a collaborative effort between the City of Prairie du Chien and the local civic club. “For the past 31 years the Rotary Club of Prairie du Chien has taken great pride in our efforts to beautify our community and make it welcoming to residents and visitors. We are pleased to continue our beautification efforts through Rotary Park,” said Sasha Dull, Rotary President.

The Rotary club would like to thank the following project contributors: Prairie Sand & Gravel, Vierbicher Associates, Inc., Nelson True Value - Prairie du Chien, the Rotary Foundation, and the City of Prairie du Chien. A special thanks goes to Rotarians Brad Berthiaume, Tahra Ferguson, Noelle Hill, Dean Achenbach, Roxie Shipley, Cheryl Mader and Phil Holzer who took the lead on this local project.

The Rotary Club of Prairie du Chien is made up of a diverse group of individuals representing a wide range of occupations and interests.
