VOTERS IN THE CENTRAL SCHOOL DISTRICT WILL DECIDE THE FATE OF A SIX-MILLION DOLLAR BOND ISSUE ON TUESDAY, APRIL 4TH.  THE PROPOSAL CALLS FOR REPAIRING AND RENOVATING SCHOOL BUILDINGS.  IT INCLUDES RECONFIGURATION AND RENOVATION OF BUILDINGS TO PROVIDE SECURED ENTRANCES.  IT ALSO INCLUDES A NEW KITCHEN AREA AND COMMONS/DINING AREA, ALONG WITH NEW ADMINISTRATION/OFFICE SPACE.  IT ALSO INCLUDES NEW CLASSROOMS, INCLUDING SPECIAL EDUCATION, ELEMENTARY MUSIC ROOMS, AS WELL AS WEIGHT ROOM, MP/WRESTLING ROOM, LOCKER ROOMS AND MEDIA CENTER.  IF APPROVED, IT WOULD ALSO INCLUDE ELECTRICAL, PLUMBING, AND MECHANICAL UPGRADES AND ADDITIONAL PARKING AREAS.  THE PROPSED LEVY INCREASE IS ESTIMATED AT $2.17-PER THOUSAND.  POLLS ARE OPEN ON TUESDAY FROM 7AM UNTIL 8PM.  A SIMILAR ISSUE RECEIVED 42-PERCENT SUPPORT IN JUNE OF 2015, BUT 60-PERCENT IS NEEDED FOR PASSAGE.
