On January 21, 2017 at 8:22pm, Clayton County Deputies conducted a traffic stop on Highway 76 between McGregor and Marquette. Upon further investigation, Deputies located marijuana and drug paraphernalia in the vehicle. Deputies arrested 20 year old Brandon Flisram of LaCrosse for Possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia. Flisram was transported to the Clayton County Jail pending an appearance in court.
On Janaury 22, 2017 at 3:04 AM, Clayton County Deputies responded to a disturbance in the City of Strawberry Point. Upon further investigation, it was determined that 24 year old Justin Myers of Strawberry Point had driven to a residence and was involved in an altercation. Deputies observed signs of intoxication from Myers. Subsequently Myers was arrested and transported to the Clayton County Jail where he was charged with Operating While Intoxicated and assault. 
On January 24, 2017 at 6:05am, Clayton County deputies responded to a car/deer accident on the Great River Road near Lace Ave. Upon further investigation, it was determined that Cole Plumley of Guttenberg was operating a 2002 Mazda Tribute when he struck a deer causing $10,000 damage.
On January 25, 2017 at 3:55 AM, Clayton County Deputies repsonded to a one vehicle accident on Highway 76 North of Marquette. Upon further investigation, it was determineed that 39 year old Ryan Foley of Harpers Ferry was operating a Ford Expedition when he lost control and became stuck on the railroad tracks. Deputies observed signs of impairment. Subsequently, Foley was placed under arrest for Operating While Intoxicated- 2nd Offense. He was also cited for No Driver's License and Failure to Maintain Control. Foley was transported to the Clayton County Jail pending an appearance in court.
On January 30, 2017 at 6:51 AM, Clayton County Deputies responded to a one vehicle accident on Highway 13 near Highway 56. Upon further investigation, it was determined that Charles Stanbro of Mason City was operating a 2014 Chevrolet Silverado when he blacked out. His vehicle entered the ditch. Stanbro was transported to the Central Hospital for an evaluation. His vehicle sustained $18,000 damage. The Sheriff's Office was assisted by the Central Ambulance. 
On February 2, 2017 at 10:10 AM, Clayton County Deputies conducted a traffic stop on Broadway Street in Guttenberg. Deputies came into contact with 59 year old Charles Uskavitch Jr. of Guttenberg. Deputies observed signs of impairment from Uskavitch. Subsequently Uskavitch was arrested and transported to the Clayton County Jail where he was charged with Operating While Intoxicated- 2nd Offense, No insurance and Operating without registration. 
On February 3, 2017, Clayton County Deputies arrested 49 year old Yasin Ali on a Clayton County Warrant for Probation Violation. Ali was transported to the Clayton County Jail where he was held on $1,500 bond.
On February 3, 2017 at 12:05 PM, Clayton County Deputies conducted a traffic stop on Highway 18 near Monona. Deputies came into contact with 71 year old Robert Meyer of Garnavillo. Upon further investigation, it was determined that Meyer was operating a motor vehicle while his license was revoked for OWI test failure. Meyer was arrested and transported to the Clayton County Jail pending an appearance in court. The Sheriff's Office was assisted by the Monona Police Department. 
On February 5, 2017 at 12:01 AM, Clayton County Deputies responded to a one vehicle accident on Aspen Ave South of Postville. Upon further investigation, it was determined that 40 year old Moises Sipac of Clermont was operating a 2006 Hummer H3 when he lost control and entered the ditch causing $1,500 damage. Deputies observed signs of impairment on Sipac. He was subsequently arrested and transported to the Clayton County Jail where he was charged with Operating While Intoxicated-1st Offense, No driver's license, failure to maintain control, and striking fixtures upon a highway.
On November 24, 2016, Clayton County Deputies responded to a burglary at Sear's Station in Elkport. After an extensive investigation, Clayton County Investigator's filed charged on February 7, 2016 stemming from the investigation. Investigator's charged 50 year old Michael Palmer of Guttenberg, 24 year old Trevor Palmer of Edgewood, and 23 year old Levi Moll of Manchester with burglary 3rd degree. All three were arrested and transported to the Clayton County Jail where they were held pending an appearance in court.
On February 7, 2017 at 8:29 AM, Clayton County Deputies responded to a two vehicle accident on Klein Brewery Road. Upon further investigation, it was determined that Julie Vogt of Farmersburg was operating a 2015 Toyota Highlander when she came upon an accident. She attempted to slow down when she lost control. Her vehicle was then struck by a 2012 Chevrolet Cruz operated by Desirae Luna of Farmersburg. Both vehicle sustained approximately $3,000 damage. No injuries were reported. 
On February 10, 2017 at 6:08 PM, Clayton County Deputies conducted a traffic stop on Highway 13. Upon further investigation, Deputies arrested 38 year old Jamie Rafia of Waterloo on a Black Hawk County Warrant for failure to serve sentence. Rafia was later turned over to Black Hawk County authorities. 
On February 13, 2017 at 3:20 AM, Clayton County Deputies came upon a vehicle stopped in the roadway on Empire Road. Deputies made contact with the driver of the vehicle. Upon further investigation, the Clayton County K9 Raven was deployed and indicated to a presence of illegal narcotics in the vehicle. Deputies arrested 34 year old Fala Armenta of Postville for Possession of Marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Armenta was transported to the Clayton County Jail where Deputies discovered that Armenta was concealing narcotics in the jail. Armenta was then charged with Possession of contraband in a correctional facility. The Sheriff's Office was assisted by the Elkader Police Department.
On February 16, 2017 at 6:10 PM, Clayton County Deputies responded to a car vs deer accident on Highway 13 near Canoe Road. Upon further investigation, it was determined that Autumn Pope of Strawberry Point was operating a 2008 Dodge Avenger when she struck a deer causing $6,000 damage.
On February 17, 2017 at 7:04 AM, Clayton County Deputies responded to a car vs deer accident on Highway 128 near Granite Ave. Upon further investigation, it was determined that Dennis Wolter of Guttenberg was operating a 2007 Chevrolet Silverado when he struck a deer causing $8,000 damage.
On February 18, 2017 at 1:55 AM, Clayton County Deputies responded to a traffic complaint on Highway 18. Deputies conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle. Upon further investigation, it was determined that the driver was impaired. Deputies arrested 23 year old Jordan Stevens of McGregor for Operating While Intoxicated. Stevens was transported to the Clayton County Jail pending an appearance in court.
On February 22, 2017 at 1:37 PM, Clayton County Deputies conducted a traffic stop on Diplomat Road near Luana. Upon further investigation, the Clayton County K9 Raven was deployed. K9 Raven indicated to the presence of illegal narcotics in the vehicle. Deputies arrested 55 year old Craig Everman of Postville on an arrest warrant out of Fayette County. Deputies located methamphetamine  in the vehicle. Everman was transported to the Clayton County Jail where he is charged with possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver, possession of methamphetamine, and possession of drug paraphernalia. 
On February 25, 2017 at 3:50 PM, Clayton County Deputies responded to a one vehicle accident on Highway 56 near Armada Road. Upon further investigation it was determined that Donna Lawlor of Elgin was operating a 2004 Honda Pilot when she attempted to turn onto Armada Road. Lawlor lost control and entered the ditch causing $3,000 damage.
On February 26, 2017 at 2:40 AM, Clayton County Deputies came upon a vehicle in the ditch on Highway 18. Upon further investigation, it was determined that the driver was impaired. Deputies arrested 46 year old Jill Helmrichs of Monona. She was charged with Operating While Intoxicated and Failure to Maintain Control. Helmrichs was transported to the Clayton County Jail pending an appearance in court.
On February 27, 2017 at 3:23 PM, Clayton County Deputies conducted a traffic stop on Falcon Ave near Monona. Upon further investigation, it was determined that 68 year old Mark Holly of Waukon was operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license. Holly was arrested and transported to the Clayton County Jail pending an appearance in court.
On February 27, 2017 at 4:29 PM, Clayton County Deputies responded to a two vehicle accident on Highway 18 near 145th Street. Upon further investigation it was determined that Robert Halverson of Elkader was operating a 2012 Chrysler 300 when he attempted to pass several cars. As Halverson was passing, a 2017 Chevrolet Silverado pickup operated by Michael Goltz of Monona also pulled out to pass the vehicle when he struck Halverson's vehicle. Both vehicles sustained damage. No injuries were reported. Goltz was cited for unsafe passing.
On February 27, 2017 at 7:42 PM, Clayton County Deputies conducted a traffic stop on North Street in Marquette. Upon further investigation, it was determined that the driver, 29 year old Cody Hager of Waterville was operating a motor vehicle with a  barred driver's license. Hager was arrested and transported to the Clayton County Jail where he was held pending an appearance in court.
On March 1, 2017 at 5:12 PM, Clayton County Deputies responded to a disturbance on Olympic Ave near Guttenberg. Upon further investigation, Deputies arrested 43 year old Ricky Reinhardt of Guttenberg for Domestic Abuse Assault. Reinhardt was transported to the Clayton County Jail pending an appearance in court.
