Keystone Board

Michael Haluska of Decorah was elected as the director in Director District 2, including the Central, Decorah, Postville, and South Winneshiek Community School Districts. Haluska will begin his first term on the Keystone AEA Board. Sue Updegraff of West Union was re-elected for her second term as the director in Director District 4 including the North Fayette Valley, Oelwein, and West Central Community School Districts, and a portion of the New Hampton Community School District. Gerald Hilton of Strawberry Point was re-elected for a second term as the director in Director District 5. The director district includes the Maquoketa Valley, Starmont, and West Delaware Community School Districts, and a portion of the Western Dubuque Community School District. Ann Seamer, of Dubuque, will begin her first term representing Director District 8 which covers a portion of the Dubuque Community School District.  George Holland of Dubuque was re-elected to a second term as the director in Director District 9, also covering a portion of the Dubuque Community School District. 

The board will elect officers at an organizational meeting on December 16, 2019, at the Keystone Area Education Agency Administration Building in Elkader.
