Winter Clothing

Farm Bureau Insurance Agents partnered with Clayton County Farm Bureau to share the warmth by sponsoring a gently-used winter clothing drive to help area residents in need. Donated clothing was recently taken to Shepherd of the Hills (SOTH) in St. Olaf where the winter gear will benefit people in Clayton County.

Heather Crogan, director of SOTH, told the group they assist an average of 80-plus families each month. Families needing aid must receive a referral from a Clayton County agency, minister, school, or they can contact the SOTH office at 563-783-2409 where staff will connect them with the right people to meet their needs. Good used clothing, free of rips, stains, tears, working zippers, buttons, etc., are accepted year-round. We thank everyone who donated winter clothing this year.
