On October 23, 2019, the Delaware County Sheriff's Office served a warrant on William E. Tanksley, of Chicago, IL for Theft 5th Degree. The charge stems from an incident that occurred at a residence in Ryan, IA on September 12, 2019.

On October 23, 2019, the Delaware County Sheriff's Office served warrants on Anthony L. Yonkovic and Brittnie Gienapp, both of Hopkinton, IA, for Accessory After the Fact. The charges stem from an incident wherein deputies were attempting to serve an arrest warrant on Travis Yonkovic and the defendants aided in preventing his apprehension.

On October 22, 2019, the Delaware County Sheriff's Office served a warrant on Nathaniel W. Smith, of Dubuque, Iowa for a probation violation

On October 20, 2019, the Delaware County Sheriff's Office served several warrants on Rachel Johnston, of Cedar Rapids, Iowa for probation violations.

On October 19, 2019, at approximately 9:51 a.m., the Delaware County Sheriff's Office responded to a two-vehicle accident at the intersection of Hwy 38 and Third Street SW/Marion St in Hopkinton, IA. Cindy Oberbroeckling, of Dyersville, IA, was traveling north on Hwy 38 and went through a stop sign at the intersection of Third Street and did not see the vehicle driven by Sharon Hasler, of Monticello, IA, and Hasler's vehicle struck the side of Oberbroeckling's vehicle. Oberbroeckling as cited with Failure to Obey Stop Sign and Yield Right of Way.

On October 18, 2019, the Delaware County Sheriff's Office served a warrant on Travis S. Yonkovic, of Hopkinton, Iowa for failure to appear in a civil case.

On October 17, 2019, the Delaware County Sheriff's Office served a warrant on Ezekiel Kohl, of Cedar Rapids, Iowa for failure to appear.

On October 17, 2019, the Delaware County Sheriff's Office served a warrant on Katelyn Johnson of Cedar Rapids, Iowa for failure to appear.

On October 16, 2019, at approximately 7:20 p.m., the Delaware County Sheriff's Office responded to a vehicle-deer accident on Highway 20. Ben Elliot, of Manchester, GA, was operating a semi tractor-trailer traveling eastbound on Hwy 20 and struck a deer that had entered the roadway.

On October 16, 2019, the Delaware County Sheriff's Office served a warrant on Michael O. Miller, of Mansonville, Iowa for failure to appear.

On October 15, 2019, the Delaware County Sheriff's Office served multiple warrants on Jennifer Moore, of Manchester, Iowa for failure to appear and probation violations.

On October 10, 2019, the Delaware County Sheriff's Office served a warrant on Rowdy Cuffe, of Manchester, Iowa for failure to appear.

On October 9, 2019, the Delaware County Sheriff's Office responded to a harassment call in Edgewood, IA. Upon investigation, Michael D. Dotson, of Edgewood, IA, was charged with Harassment 1st Degree an

On October 9, 2019, the Delaware County Sheriff's Office charged Michael A. Nielson, of Central City, IA with Public Intoxication. The charge came after Nielson appeared at the courthouse to attend a hearing for another individual and he was intoxicated.

On October 9, 2019, the Delaware County Sheriff's Office responded to a disturbance at a residence in Hopkinton, IA. Upon investigation, Jacob J. Werner, of Hopkinton, IA, was charged with Domestic Abuse Assault with Intent to Inflict Serious Injury.

On October 8, 2019, the Delaware County Sheriff's Office charged Jared Billings, of Delhi, IA, with public intoxication. The incident occurred after Billings had been released from jail on an earlier arrest.

On October 8, 2019, the Delaware County Sheriff's Office responded to a residence on Pioneer Road near Delhi, IA. Upon arrival at scene, Jared Billings, of Delhi, IA was charged with Criminal Mischief 5th Degree as he was damaging property at the residence.

On October 7, 2019, the Delaware County Sheriff's Office responded to a domestic disturbance call at a residence on 220th Avenue in Delhi, IA. Upon investigation, Levi Crinigan, of Delhi, IA was charged with Domestic Abuse Assault.
