Ten inmates have filed a lawsuit in connection with conditions at the Correctional Institution in Prairie Du Chien.  The suit claims they were reportedly exposed to asbestos and black mold and were denied access to "sanitary cleaning supplies."   The inmates seek 15-million in total damages and for the evacuation of inmates to minimum-security facilities in the interest of prisoner safety.  The Telegraph Herald reports that the lawsuit was filed by 45-year old Nicasio C. Quiles II on behalf of the inmates.  Quiles is jailed until 2022 on multiple felony counts of failure to pay child support.  The 17-page document features a number of claims in dealing with issues of the older structure of the facility.
