Guttenberg Council

The Guttenberg City Council held discussion on a nuisance issue involving geeese.  The City is dealing with a large amount of waste on city streets and sidewalks around the pool among the issues.  The City will contact the DNR and look into what other cities due to combat the problem.
The Council approved the final reading of an ordinance changing the Historic Preservation Commission from seven, down to five members.
Tim White was appointed as a Volunteer Firefighter, Andrew Mitchell as Junior Volunteer Firefighter.  Mary Waterman was appointed to the River Front Advisory Board, Dennis Hanna to the Zoning Board of Adjustment, and Kay Bahlman to the Planning and Zoning.
