On June 24, 2019, the Delaware County Sheriff's Office served a warrant on John Schilt, of Monticello, IA, for a probation violation.

On June 22, 2019, at approximately 7:53 p.m., the Delaware County Sheriff's Office responded to a two-vehicle accident at the intersection of Hwy 38 and 262nd Avenue. A vehicle driven by Robert Ristow, of Hopkinton, IA, was traveling southbound on Hwy 38 and was struck by a vehicle driven by Caitlin Demmer, of Dyersville, IA who did not stop at the stop sign on 262nd Avenue. Demmer was charged with Operating While Under the Influence 1st Offense. She was also cited with Failure to Obey Stop Sign and Failure to Provide Proof of Insurance.

On June 22, 2019, at approximately 3:01 p.m., the Delaware County Sheriff's Office responded to a single-vehicle accident on Firefly Road near Dundee, IA. The driver, Xu Yang, of West Des Moines, IA, was traveling north on Firefly Road and failed to negotiate the curve traveling off the roadway ending in the north ditch. She was cited with Failure to Maintain Control.

On June 22, 2019, the Delaware County Sheriff's Office assisted the Manchester Police Department by serving a warrant on Lonnie Butikofer, of Manchester, IA for Theft 1st Degree.

On June 20, 2019, the Delaware County Sheriff's Office served a warrant on Gregory Rogers of Manchester, IA, for Theft 1st Degree. The charge stems from an investigation of Roger's business, Can Do Too, conducted by the Delaware County Sheriff's Office.

On June 19, 2019, at approximately 9:14 p.m., the Delaware County Sheriff's Office responded to a vehicle-deer accident on Highway 20. The driver, Daniel Kopplin, of Jesup, IA, was traveling westbound on Highway 20 on his motorcycle when several deer entered the roadway. The driver was able to miss striking two of the deer but did make contact with the third.

On June 19, 2019, the Delaware County Sheriff's Office conducted a traffic stop on Highwy 38 near Greeley, IA. Gunner Domeyer, of Manchester, IA was charged with Driving While Barred; Driving While License Under Suspension; and Driving While License Denied, Susp, Cancelled or Revoked. He was also cited with Failure to Provide Insurance and New Title/Registration Transfer Violation.

On June 19, 2019, the Delaware County Sheriff's Office served a warrant on Jayden Cliff, of Hiawatha, IA for failure to appear.

On June 18, 2019, at approximately 11:00 p.m., the Delaware County Sheriff's Office responded to a single-vehicle accident on 155th Street. The driver, Shandel Girot, of Edgewood, IA, was traveling westbound on 155th and swerved to miss a deer and entered the south ditch and struck a private driveway and came to rest on its wheels on the driveway. The driver left the scene and did not report the accident. Girot was cited for Failure to Maintain Control.

On June 17, 2019, at approximately 5:41 p.m., the Delaware County Sheriff's Office responded to a single-vehicle accident on 197th Street near Manchester, IA. Bobbi Jo Pitz, of Manchester, IA, was traveling eastbound on 197th Street when she left the roadway, entered the ditch and struck a utility pole.
Pitz was charged with Operating While Under the Influence 1st Offense. She was also cited with Failure to Maintain Control.

On June 17, 2019, at approximately 11:25 a.m., the Delaware County Sheriff's Office responded to a vehicle-train accident on 245th Avenue near Delaware, IA. The driver, Michael K. Anderson, of Naperville, IL, was traveling northbound on 245th Avenue. Anderson was unfamiliar with the area and was paying attention to his GPS and did not notice the train approaching until it was too late to stop. He was struck by the train in the left rear 1/4 panel of his vehicle. Anderson was cited for Failure to Properly Stop at RR Crossing.

On June 15, 2019, the Delaware County Sheriff's Office conducted a traffic stop on 332nd Avenue near Dyersville, IA. Alex J. Kammiller, of Holy Cross, IA, was charged with Operating While Under the Influence 1st Offense. He was also cited with Speeding, Fail to Signal, and Possession/Purchase of Alcohol by person 18/19/20 - 1st Offense.

On June 14, 2019, the Delaware County Sheriff's Office responded to a disturbance call at a residence in Hopkinton, IA. Jacob J. Werner, of Hopkinton, IA was charged with Assault.

On June 14, 2019, the Delaware County Sheriff's Office served a warrant on Dalton Hughes, of Monticello, IA for a probation violation.

On June 13, 2019, at approximately 9:50 p.m., the Delaware County Sheriff's Office responded to a vehicle-deer accident on Highway 13 south of Highway 20 near Manchester, IA. The driver, Gracie Weeks, of Ryan, IA, was traveling northbound on Hwy 13 when a deer ran into the roadway and the driver was unable to avoid striking the animal.

On June 13, 2019, the Delaware County Sheriff's Office responded to a no contact order violation call near Manchester, IA. Derek Bents, of Cedar Rapids, IA, was charged with Violation of Contact/Protective Order.

On June 9, 2019, the Delaware County Sheriff's Office served a warrant on Kortney Wood, of Dubuque, IA for failure to appear.

On June 9, 2019, the Delaware County Sheriff's Office conducted a traffic stop on 300th Avenue near Earlville, IA. Robbie Thier, of Dyersville, IA, was charged with Operating While Under the Influence 1st Offense.

On June 8, 2019, the Delaware County Sheriff's Office responded to a single-vehicle golf cart accident on 210th Avenue. The driver, Aaron Beltramea, of Marion, IA, was charged with Operating While Under the Influence 1st Offense.
