OWI Charge

On 05/13/2019 at approx. 3:24 P.M. A Fayette County Deputy was on patrol on 100th st when a disabled vehicle was observed on the north shoulder.  The Deputy pulled over to assist the driver it was discovered the driver Michael Diehl, 50 of Oskaloosa was intoxicated.  Diehl was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated, no valid driver’s license and open container.  Diehl was transported to the Fayette County Jail where he will be held for an initial appearance in court.
