The Edgewood-Colesburg School Board approved the hiring of Marissa Wright as an Elementary Teacher.  The Board also approved the purchase of bleachers for the Track and Football Field for 127-thousand dollars.

The Board of Directors of the Edgewood-Colesburg Community School District met in special session in the Edgewood Board Room, on Friday, May 10, 2019. President Schilling called the meeting to order at 7:07 a.m.
Directors Present: Travis Gudenkauf, Dan Venteicher, Robert Schilling, & Matt Elliot via phone.
Directors Absent: Kenneth Faust.
Also present: Superintendent Rob Busch, Principal Dawn Voss, and Board Secretary Melissa Conner.
Visitors: Nic Stelken
President Schilling welcomed our visitors.
Director Venteicher moved to approve the agenda as presented. Director Gudenkauf seconded the movement. Motion Carried 4-0.
Director Gudenkauf moved to approve the Elementary Teacher Contract for Marissa Wright. Director Venteicher seconded the movement. Motion Carried 4-0.
Director Venteicher moved to approve the bid for the Community Dreams Football Bleachers from Todd Townsend in the amount of $127,230.00. Director Elliot seconded the movement. Motion Carried 4-0.
With no further business to come before the board for consideration at this time, Director Gudenkauf moved to adjourn the meeting at 7:17 a.m. Director Venteicher seconded the movement. Motion Carried 4-0.
