Warrant Arrest

On 3/27/2019 the Fayette County Sheriff’s Office took a report of a wanted person at an apartment complex in West Union. An investigation by Deputies led to the arrest of Michael Everett Rhoads, age 61 of Waterloo on three Black Hawk county warrants  for drug possession with intent to deliver, Driving while revoked, OWI 1st Offense, with a total bond of $80,000.00. Further investigation led deputies to conduct a search of the residence where they recovered Methamphetamine, Marijuana packaged for distribution and drug paraphernalia. Rhoads was arrested and taken to the Fayette County Jail and charged with Possession of methamphetamine with the intent to deliver, a class “C” felony, possession of methamphetamine and Marijuana III, both class “D” Felonies and possession of drug paraphernalia. The Sheriff’s office was assisted by the West Union Police Department.  Sheriff Marty Fisher would like to remind the public to report any suspicious activity.
