On December 19, 2018, the Delaware County Sheriff's Office served a warrant on John Schilt, of Monticello, IA for probation violations.

On December 19, 2018, the Delaware County Sheriff's Office served a warrant on Brock Cole, of Manchester, IA, for Failure to Appear.

On December 18, 2018, the Delaware County Sheriff's Office conducted a traffic stop on Hwy 13 near Manchester, IA. Jasmine Allman, of Cedar Rapids, IA, was charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Allman was also cited for Speeding. A passenger in the vehicle, Kali R. Klenk, of Cedar Rapids, IA, was charged with Possession of Controlled Substance - Marijuana 1st.

On December 17, 2018, the Delaware County Sheriff's Office served a warrant on Noah B. Moses, of Cedar Rapids, IA for Theft 2nd Degree. The charge stems from an incident in Delhi, IA, which was reported to the Delaware County Sheriff's Office on October 19, 2018.

On December 16, 2018, at approximately 8:08 p.m., the Delaware County Sheriff's Office responded to an animal-vehicle accident on X47. David Hageman, of New Vienna, IA, was traveling north when he struck numerous cows that were in the roadway.

On December 15, 2018, at approximately 7:45 p.m., the Delaware County Sheriff's Office responded to an animal-vehicle accident on 140th Avenue. Joseph Sanfilippo, of Dundee, IA, was traveling northbound on 140th Avenue and struck a dog that had entered the roadway.

On December 15, 2018, at approximately 6:31 p.m., the Delaware County Sheriff's Office responded to a deer-vehicle accident on 230th Avenue. Joseph Long, of Lisbon, IA, was southbound on 230th Avenue when a deer entered the roadway and the driver was unable to avoid the striking the deer.

On December 13, 2018, at approximately 9:44 p.m., the Delaware County Sheriff's Office responded to a deer-vehicle accident on Honey Creek Road north of Manchester, IA. Larry Stone, of Edgewood, IA, was traveling northbound and struck a deer that had entered the roadway.

On December 15, 2018, at approximately 3:44 a.m., the Delaware County Sheriff's Office responded to a single-vehicle accident on 180th Street. Shane Bockenstedt of Manchester, IA, was traveling eastbound on 180th Street and lost control on the gravel causing his vehicle to enter the ditch and roll once before coming to rest on its wheels. The driver was not on scene when law enforcement arrived. Bockenstedt was cited with Failure to Maintain Control.

On December 17, 2018, the Delaware County Sheriff's Office charged Timo Wilson, of Manchester, IA, with Assault. The charge stems from an incident which occurred on December 14, 2018.

On December 14, 2018, the Delaware County Sheriff's Office charged Christopher M. Davis, of Manchester, IA for Violation of Sex Offender Registry. The charge stems from incidents which occurred between September and October 2018.

On December 12, 2018, at approximately 1:45 p.m., the Delaware County Sheriff's Office responded to a two-vehicle accident on Franklin Street in Delhi, IA. Ruth Harbach, of Manchester, IA, was backing out of a parking spot and failed to see a vehicle driven by David Otto, of Ryan, IA, and struck his vehicle. Harbach was cited with Unsafe Backing.

On December 9, 2018, the Delaware County Sheriff's Office served a mittimus warrant on Travis S. Yonkovic, of Hopkinton, IA, for jail time.

On December 9, 2018, the Delaware County Sheriff's Office served warrants on Beau Ludley, of Anamosa, IA and Billie J. Barton, of Monticello, IA for Theft 2nd Degree. The charge stems from an incident in Delhi, IA, which was reported to the Delaware County Sheriff's Office on October 19, 2018.

On December 8, 2018, the Delaware County Sheriff's Office served a warrant on Frank A. Taylor, Jr. of Dyersville, IA, for Failure to Appear.

On December 8, 2018, the Delaware County Sheriff's Office responded to a call of suspicious activity in Earlville, IA. Bryan Bahls, of Earlville, IA, was charged with Driving While Barred.

On December 8, 2018, at approximately 11:41 a.m., the Delaware County Sheriff's Office responded to a two-vehicle accident on 120th Street. Mark Miller, of Dubuque, IA, was traveling east on 120th Street and failed to yield half the roadway on a left hand curve striking a vehicle driven by Susan Moore, of Colesburg, IA. Miller was cited with Fail to Yield Half of Roadway.

On December 7, 2018, at approximately 12:30 a.m., the Delaware County Sheriff's Office responded to a single-vehicle accident on 240th Street. Jacob Gearhart of Masonville, IA, was traveling westbound on 240th Street when he fell asleep and his vehicle entered a steep ditch causing the vehicle to roll on its side.

On December 6, 2018, the Delaware County Sheriff's Office served a warrant on Nathan Haylock, of Coggon, IA, for Theft 2nd Degree. The charge stems from an incident reported to the Sheriff's Office on October 19, 2018.

On December 6, 2018, at approximately 9:00 a.m., the Delaware County Sheriff's Office responded to a single-vehicle accident on Hwy 20. Aaron Kinkade, of Kellogg, IA, was traveling eastbound on Hwy 20 when the rear axle broke and the tire came off causing the vehicle to go into the ditch.

On December 6, 2018, the Delaware County Sheriff's Office served a warrant on Zachary Carr, of Epworth, IA, for a probation violation.
