On 11-27-18, at approximately 6:30PM, the Fayette County Sheriff's Office received a 911 call of a personal injury car deer accident in the 13000 Block of Highway 150, just south of Fayette.   When Fayette County Deputies arrived on scene, it was found that Dusty Des Dunn, 46 of Fayette, was northbound on Highway 150, when a deer came into the roadway striking the vehicle.  Minor injuries were sustained, and damage to the 2015 ford Escape was considered a total loss.  Fayette County Sheriff's Office was assisted Fayette Police and Fayette Ambulance.  

On November 27th, 2018 Fayette County Sheriff's Deputies located and arrested Nathan James Hageman, age 43 of West Union on a valid Fayette County Warrant for Parole Violation. Upon making contact with Hageman, Deputies detected the odor of marijuana emitting from the residence. Upon conducting an investigation. Hageman was additionally charged with possession of a controlled substance (marijuana) 3rd offense (aggravated misdemeanor) and possession of drug paraphernalia (simple misdemeanor). Hageman was transported to the Fayette County Jail where he awaits initial appearance with a magistrate.
