The driver was arrested for OWI, 3rd Offense and was taken to Grant Regional Health Center for further testing. The driver was then booked in the Grant County Jail for OWI, 3rd Offense. He was also cited for Operating Left of Center.  The vehicle was towed from the stop by Bennett's Towing of Lancaster.
